Loss of data from old room

Rooms do not hold data permanently.Canan reports that in trying to sign into a room (created a couple of months ago), an error was received that the activity templates could not be found. No data can be displayed as it is structured in a hierarchy (and the top is missing). Note that data in rooms is periodically wiped from the server after a couple of weeks of no activity - or if the server goes down. We have made an archive facility which should ameliorate this behaviour, and data is retrieved from the archive automatically by InterLoc. It looks to be not 100% reliable yet. Tip: always collect data from rooms within a few days of a session. Do you find this valuable? |
