Input box scrolls off screen

Quite often the box you are typing in scrolls off the screen Do you find this valuable?

This is because it is an inline input box and subject to updates of the screen - more messages moving it around. Solution is to make one input box in a fixed place (as per Contribute) Do you find this valuable?
